We sell Brand New and Factory Reconditioned products. All products descriptions clearly list the condition of each tool or accessory.

Brand New in Box: Item that has never been opened and the box is factory sealed.

Brand New in Bulk Packaging: Item is brand new but outside of retail packaging. Item has been tested and is in perfect working condition.

Factory Reconditioned: Item has been reconditioned by the manufacturer and properly tested to assure full functionality. Ryobi Deal Finders then tests the product a second time making certain nothing gets to you unless it looks great and works as it should. Item will be shipped in generic packaging.

We buy at wholesale straight from the manufacturers and ship all of our products direct to customers in the Continental U.S. from our warehouse here in the Show Me State.

All of our items are held to the highest standards and only get to you if they have passed the manufacturer’s quality assurance tests and in cases of bulk packaged/factory reconditioned, our own tests as well. Rest assured, if we are selling the item, it is exactly what it is supposed to be! Each item’s condition on our site will be clearly listed within the product description’s top bullet points.

Factory Reconditioned products have been returned to the manufacturer and are restored to like-new operating condition. They go through a rigorous testing and inspection process and offer a significant savings vs. new.

Not all products that are reconditioned have even been used, there are many reasons an item may have been sent back to the manufacturer. The tool may or may not contain the owners manual. The tool may be stamped by RYOBI or RIDGID with the word “RECON” insuring you know exactly what you are getting. This is necessary due to the pristine condition of many of the factory reconditioned tools and the fact that otherwise an individual may have never known.

Once you purchase Factory Reconditioned, you may very well prefer to always do so in the future. The savings are well worth it!
